Training courses are delivered by our training provider, BikeRight!, a Department for Transport accredited instructor training organisation, and are endorsed by Skills Active, the Sector Skills Council for Active Leisure and Learning. Courses are included on the Register for Exercise Professionals (REPs) and are worth 3 CPD points.

BikeRight! is one of the UK’s leading cycle training organisations and has training solutions for children, adults, schools, Local Authorities and businesses – training over 20,000 people every year at all levels of cycling and works with individuals and groups, large or small.

Would you like to be a licensed Push Pedal Scoot instructor? Licence includes our full programme of sessions plus resources and support.

The programme has been developed with BikeRight! by qualified National Standards Bikeability Cycle Instructors and teachers. Session plans and game cards are designed to support Key Stage 1 curriculum and Early Years Outcomes.  The programme supports children's physical literacy, wellbeing and independence.

The licensed programme has been adapted to meet the particular needs of a setting or cohort to include one-off sessions,  or a full 12 week programme of activities.

Our PushPedalScoot packages include all the resources and equipment you will need including specialised balance bikes,  pedal bikes, games equipment, helmets and high viz.

Purchase the licence and equipment and you'll be all set to go and train a new generation of cyclists - enabling more children to make active travel choices and to experience the joy, wellbeing and freedom that a bike can provide.

The equipment and session plans are all suitable for delivery both indoors and outdoors and across all settings - e.g in schools, nurseries,  early years settings, children's centres, parks, leisure centres, holiday parks, community halls.
